1. Assistant Professor-

Today we will discuss how to become Assistant Professor in College and Universities. These Steps you have to follow....
First Step: You have to complete your master degree from recognized University or College from U.G.C. with minimum 55%.
Second Step: You have to Crack National Eligibility Test (NET)
Third Step: You have to take admission in Ph.D. because from the 2022 it will be compulsory Ph.D. for teaching profession.
As soon as you will qualify National Eligibility Test (NET) than you can apply for the post of Assistant Professor in University.
and
If you want to become assistant professor in government college than you have to crack Public Service Commission (PSC) exam or interview or both as per the notification.
Age-
1. for PSC exams 18 to 35 year and SC/ST/OBC reservation policy applicable according to government policy.
2. for university 18 to 62 & 65 year and SC/ST/OBC reservation policy applicable according to government policy (It is changeable according government rule)
2. Associate Professor-
First Step: You have to maintain Good academic record with Ph.D. degree.
Second Step: You have to publish minimum 8 research article/ research paper.
Third Step: you have got 8 years experience of teaching at the university or college level.
Age- maximum 62 or 65 (As per the Government Rules)
3. Professor-
First Step: You have to maintain Good academic record with Ph.D. degree.
Second Step: You have to publish minimum 10 research article/ research paper.
Third Step: you have got 10 years experience of teaching at the university or college level.
Age- maximum 62 or 65 (As per the Government Rules)
